This hotel needs a lot of maintenance and a good cleaning. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. Staff was friendly

I thought amenities could have been better … they did not have a laundry bag in my room and did not have complimentary bottle water… I did like the free self parking … but the restaurants were limited and the casino was ok…I wish the other casinos were in walking distance but overall it was a very nice resort

The tv on my room was not working,I went to the front desk but they did nothing about it. This property should be label for adults only,there is no seating area outside the casino,and the pool is for adult only after 2 pm.

The beds' mattresses were old and lumpy. My husband woke up with a backache every morning. There are no grab bars in the shower, which really surprises me (LIABILITY ISSUES). We were told by housekeeping that we were not allowed to get more than two wash cloths per room each day. If I wash my ass at night, should I have to reuse that washcloth for my face in the morning? I waited till the maid left and I took two more!!

Definitely not somewhere I will revisit. I missed out on sleep the first night. Guest in the room next door was Loud and kept playing music all night. Asked for another room and was not able to get it until after 8pm. The woman at the front was rude and nasty. They also had two bottles of tap water in the from for sale at $4 each! Like really??!
