Guests leave food trash in hallways that sometimes sit for days. Maintenance, security and supervisors should sweep each floor daily for bags of chinese food left in hallways or by elevators. This is the second time I’ve noticed it. Valet, bell men and receptionists are rated 5***** stars. Always courteous and pleasant to please. This is my go to resort in AC nowadays.

Had a great time at this hotel, the dining options at the hotel were pricey. Bill’s bar & grill hamburger was really good however Dos Caminos restaurant was a really bad experience, $26 for 3 mini tacos, the runner just threw the chips at the table with no care, dirty glassware & utensil, and he spilled water when filling up the cup and didn’t clean it. The waiter was polite, but for the rest-bad customer service! Casino great experience & other staffers (receptionists, security guards) were friendly so that was a plus.

Great potential lies unrealized here; The staff were excellent and the restaurants were great . Overall I rate this place 8 out of 10 . - this is is a hotel that could be 10/10 . There’s smoke in the casinos so not recommended for non smokers - stop the smokers and have them smoke only in a designated spot outside or an air tight room that will make it 9/10 and if there was a shuttle to the boardwalk and back - that would’ve made it 10/10 . Still decent bang for the buck .
