Dark and depressing

The place is in pretty bad shape all around. And there was one person checking in guests and they were not pleasant. So most of the restaurants weren’t open on a Thursday, which was in explicable especially because there’s a band in residence every Thursday that drives a very large crowd. That was the only good thing, but that has nothing to do with the hotel, except it’s the venue.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, with great facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the weather was quite cold during my stay and, since the pools are outdoors, we were hardly able to enjoy them. It would be perfect to have a heated or indoor option. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The room was too small and the beds were horrible. We couldn’t sleep for the whole first night. Also the pool didn’t let kids swim after 2pm, so this was ridiculous because that’s why most of families go there for. The resort doesn’t have any beach quite nearby to pass the afternoons.
