We were in town this past weekend for a concert. The room itself and front desk staff were great. The valet on the other hand was a different story. I used them to have my car parked for one night. Left a Starbucks tumbler mug that you can only get in Chicago in my console. When my car was retrieved the next day, the cup was missing. The valet claimed to know nothing about the cup. I am absolutely certain one of your valets stole my cup. As stated before, this can only be purchased in Chicago at the Starbucks Reserve and was just purchased four days prior to my stay with your hotel. To say, I am livid and disgusted with your staff would be an understatement. I will never be back here.

The self parking was a bit unsafe so i did Valet. The Rooms are very unsafe there is no in the room lock on the doors for you to feel safe.. It was a online late booking same day if i didnt have my family with me that were very tired. I would've canceled and found another location. The room was very dusty as if it was never wiped and cleaned in alot of areas.

Only complaint is the old fashion tv. No access to Netflix or any of the other apps to watch shows. No you tube music option or anything basically u couldn't watch tv whenever we was ready to wine down. The room was beautiful, bathroom was clean. Everything else was amazing. I love how it was easy to get someone up to room right away to help with our issues in the room. They were great. Also no microwave that kinda was an inconvenience.

At about 7am the loudest plumbing noises came from the bathroom and woke us up and stayed on for 45 minutes!! Very frustrating and uncalled for when we were on a vacation and wanted to sleep in!!! Would not stay here again and would warn others!

Had breakfast at Michael Patrick. Was very good and the staff were great. Also had sandwiches there at 1am. Very fresh bread and ingredients. Not sure if theme is supposed to be retro but would consider updating. Carpet on way to parking lot had a lot of piling/shedding. Appreciate free parking but there were some damaged areas: pot holes.
