I was charged $30 for early check-in which I was not aware of and I could not use the pool if I didn’t check-in. The message I received from the hotel said nothing about early check-in only that they couldn’t guarantee check-in by 4:00 pm because of lack of staff however they feel they can charge for early check in? If i had known I would have arrived later. The person who checked me in said the policy was in effect since last year but I was there three weeks ago and arrived shortly after noon and was not charged for early check-in. This should be clearly communicated when reservation is made.

They charged us $35 fee each day. We didn’t understand why they charged us and asked the charge to the receptionist lady. Her attitude was awful. Asking questions can make you guilty and give them the right to scold. It’s not hard to be kind to others. And also no transportation around it. You have to drive everywhere.

Nice stay in AC

Fantastic stay. Beautiful weather helps anywhere you stay. But it only enhanced the great pool and rooftop area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again as the price was reasonable compared to the other resorts in AC. Nice deck with entertainment nightly in the summer. Great time and cannot wait to do it again.

Dark and depressing

The place is in pretty bad shape all around. And there was one person checking in guests and they were not pleasant. So most of the restaurants weren’t open on a Thursday, which was in explicable especially because there’s a band in residence every Thursday that drives a very large crowd. That was the only good thing, but that has nothing to do with the hotel, except it’s the venue.
