Very convenient for the boardwalk and the beach.They set you up for everything you need; beach tags, free parking, and there's a pool that felt heated. The elevator was slow, but the room was above average and very comfortable beds. On check out day, we had to move our car, but they let us borrow the beach tags til 3pm and let us use the bathroom. I really appreciated that. Would book again!

We had an excellent stay at Ocean 7. We had a room with kitchenette, which was stocked with just the right amount of dishes, cutlery, a toaster, coffee maker, etc. The mini fridge and freezer worked great and the room was super clean. Like most shore motels, it was somewhat dated, but well maintained. The washer and dryer worked great as well as the ice machine. The pool was very clean and lots of fun. We will definately be going back!

You can’t beat it! Right off the boardwalk. Sizeable rooms. Clean and helpful staff. The only negative is that the bathroom was small.

it was convenient near the boardwalk and free parking including in the stay. However the tvs did not work in the room. aside of that all was good for a weekend stay.

Second year here. Great location for the boardwalkand beach. Just park your car and you can walk almost anywhere. Staff very friendly. Room has everything you need if you want to cook instead of eating out the whole time. On the downside. Parking is very tight, the room does need a little updating (furniture and bathroom)pool was nice but was little dirty. I would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing especially the staff.. Jill at the front desk is very helpful and friendly, the rest of the staff as well but I have to say my hero today when leaving was Bob! As we were getting ready to leave I realized my car died and he gave my car a jump no problem even though he was in the middle of other things he stopped to help me. Me and my son have found a place to go from now on. Can’t wait until next summer !!!

We had a great stay! We loved walking right out to the boardwalk each morning to grab a coffee and an açaí bowl. Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfy!

If your only goal is to be right on the beach

The cost is because you are steps from the boardwalk and beach, but even with that I think it’s overpriced. There was a significant amount of mold in the bathroom. Since I’m pregnant we chose to stay somewhere else, same price just two blocks further from the beach- supremely superior condition.
