All was good except house keeping entering room without announcing them self 8/24/25 at 10am someone tried to access my room put the card in and pushed the door open latch was on. I said who no one answered I looke three peep while they just walk away without saying anything.

I would not recommended this hotel rooms have bad smell bathroom was not finish painting . The faucet to take a shower is so wrong installed , when I was going to open the faucet to take a shower all my clothes got wet it’s hard to open . Terrible I stayed 8 years ago and everything was nice . We didn’t have any body can bring all the bags and stuff we have 2 stroller with babies and no help at all . I will not recommend this hotel to Jo body

The pool there is a joke. The food at the restaurant, in the hotel had to be the most unseasoned food I've tasted. The hotel is outdated, and the beds were horrible the middle of the bed sank in. The rooms needed to be cleaned better.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we checked into our room, we immediately discovered clothing under the sheets, cups and bottles under the bed, and the entire room was filthy. The smell was horrible, the carpet was sticky, and many things in the room were broken. Even opening the door was a struggle. To make things worse, we booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. At check-in, we were told the pool was under maintenance but would be ready the next day. That turned out to be completely untrue – the pool never opened. It felt like they just wanted to keep us there while hiding the truth. The elevators were also in terrible shape – not working properly, dirty, and filled with a horrible smell. Right next to the parking elevator we saw several homeless people, which made us feel unsafe. The parking area itself was filthy and had the same awful smell. The staff member we dealt with was not professional or helpful at all. Between the nasty room, the lies about the pool, and the lack of basic cleanliness, we couldn’t stay any longer and had to leave after just one night. Save yourself the stress and money – do not book this hotel.

This hotel had a historical feel to it. The Vue lounge was very nice and the food was good. However we had to move rooms 3 times before we could settle in for our stay. one room smelled terrible and had a broken phone so we could not even contact the front desk. The next room the air conditioner did not work. In the 3rd room the lamps and mini fridge were not working. The staff was very accommodating to the issues we experienced and gave us a complimentary breakfast which was very good. I would not stay at this hotel again but would go back to the roof top lounge again.

The Hispanic manager with the curly hair was rude, the room wasnt 100% clean, peeling paint, mold , pool was closed & they put 2 beds into a very tight right that should just have 1 room. Dont book a 300 sq ft if u are with kids. During my stay over 4 people complained as i went to check out. I guess u get what u pay for but my kids enjoyed the arcade on 2nd floor.

The room had roaches spoke to the manager. They didn’t care. Also charge was done to my credit card that wasn’t supposed be there manager. Didn’t care also had an attitude the area around the hotel had lots of homeless,personal unsafe.

It was ok. The ceiling was leaking water outside our room in the hallway. I notified the front desk immediately. Also the elevators run very very slow. Long wait to get to and from. No air conditioning in the hallways. Feels like a sauna Our room was clean. Bed comfy..
