I enjoyed the historical hotel. Unique location. Stayed there before. Bedroom was in decline. Room service was late. Front desk staff was above and beyond. Rooftop bar amazing. Restaurant was very historic setting in great condition and great food. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly but my room 1911 was not attended to after my first night until I went to desk and complaint at 7pm.the house keeper never changed the sheets and pillow cases or garbage can. Also they never replaced our dirty towels for the next night. Aftwr i told the desk he sent someone up while we went back on the boardwalk and that housekeeper did a good job. and

Only there one night. room was clean + comfortable, although dated, with torn lampshade. Bar of soap in bathroom ridiculously TINY-useless. Dog barking on 11th floor, as well as noise from rooms. Pool atrium freezing cold at 9am opening (pool water was warm) Desk staff friendly and helpful, didn't see anyone else. Lobby beautiful, w/Christmas decorations. Parking $$$ way to expensive for property guests

I’ve stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions mainly because of its location (and walkability) and its pool. The only thing that irks me is there is no microwave in the rooms, or on the floors and I was told this around by the front desk not in the entire hotel. How does this make sense? Is that to force me to visit the restaurants on site?

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing.The indoor pool is heated it felt great.I like the fact that the hotel is connected to Bally’s its definitely a plus on these cold days lol.We’ll definitely stay here again for sure.Rooms are clean,the jointing rooms we also a plus.

The staff was so nice I almost didn't want to write this review, but you can always count on a terrible experience at the Claridge. To begin, everything is outdated. The bathroom is rusty, the snack machines didn't work, the walls are thin. Room service ignored thr "do not disturb " sign and tried to open my locked door. They're also understaffed severely. On my last day there, I saw a roach in my bathroom. Also, some nutcase went throughout the building knocking trash cans over. Last complaint is paying $50 to park two days. Thats excessive

there was definitely a roach in the hot tub and then before we left after sleeping in the bed all night there was a little bug on the sheet freaked me out and we left at 8am the rooms could also use a good upgrading also
