It was nice and clean and the worker are cool only thing is the bathroom tub water full up but otherwise this is a great hotel I'll be back again

Upon arrrival staff at front desk didnt wven greet us and tge lady had an a rude disposition like we were bothering her. Then on check in our room was missing an ironing board, the room phone didnt work, the ceiling above the jacuzzi had several soiled brown spots all over it and all of the power litlets along the bedroom wall didnt work. Poor customer service at night time, i had to wait until the next day to hear frim the front desk to finally rectify any of the issues, none were resolved so i had to call down again when my room keys stopped working and maintenence arrived for that as well as my requests for towels and thankfully for Expedia they gave me a partial refund. Please improve Claridge

Puke in the hallway, tobacco spit floor and piss smelling elevators. Pubic hair all over the shower, blood in the sink, black stuff on the ceiling, smudges all over the walls, rude staff, after telling her Expedia didnt explain to me there would be a 112$ fee to check in and she literally took my phone to "show me" which she couldn't find. Beggars outside asking for money, no carts for luggage, the car garage is a 10 minute walk from the room.

Customer service lacking

Meh. Hotel old and refurbished well enough. What was not good, is that obviously there was some sort of issue with the washers and dryers or lack of staff- our bedroom wasn’t fully made- no pillowcases on the pillows and pillows piled at the end of the bed. Which is fine. We told the front desk. Then we discovered no towels in the bathroom- told the front desk. What was annoying was when we got back to our room, they gave us 5 pillow cases for 6 pillows, and didn’t put them on the pillows…..just bad customer service. It’s easy enough to do- but not the point. Had to call 2 more times for towels, son couldn’t shower at night, and when finally delivered, only 2 towels for 3 guests, and no floor towel for the shower area and all tile so very slippery- so had to put down the hand towel. No tip given. Such a simple fix that could have made it so much better.

The beds were comfortable and clean and check in was quick and easy. Outside our room was pretty quiet. The pool was warm, but there was a cockroach in the pool and they didn’t get it out. People were throwing a beach ball around playing a game so the manager shut the entire pool down. They wouldn’t give us towels and when they did they only brought 4, there was 11 people in the pool. Paper towel machine didn’t work and the showers were freezing cold, we are never coming back, I hate bugs.
