I’m very disappointed with this hotel. My room was not as I expected. The lights were not working at all and the hot water in the shower was not working properly either. On the last day of my stay the elevator were not working properly more the 10 minute wait time. I was not happy about it.

What I did like was that it was a walked right to the boardwalk what I didn’t like is that the room had roaches and the manager rule and disrespectful there was a charge on my credit card that wasn’t supposed to be on my credit card and the manager didn’t even care too many homeless around the area

I used to stay a lot at clarisge about 5 yrs ago and i came back to staying there for 1 night this past weekend and the property has gone down in quality, my room was nice quiet and clean and it has a view to the beach but the room was extremely hot it stayed at 77 the whole night. It has a small sign that the air conditioner turns on when the room are being occupied and it would turn on but it would not cool the room and laos the air conditioner was just dripping water inside the room so the floor near the window where the air conditioner is, it was very soggy wet I will just find another hotel because I was very disappointed with this room and im sure a lot of otger people experience what I experienced

The hotel is very conveniently located and connected to Bally’s. Customer Service is superb taking into consideration lack of staff. Roof top bar Vue had an amazing view and had a very friendly staff. Cocktails were good, but in addition to be slightly shabby all tables and the bar counter were dirty. It looks like wiping it down is not part of the service included. Bring some cleaning wipes, and you will enjoy it to the full extent. Prices are great and as a said cocktails and food are very decent.

The good thing is you have the restaurants in the this hotel and in Ballys which is connected and feels like is part of the same place. The bad is I arrived to a clogged toilet in the room. Instead of moving me to another room some one sent to fix it but couldnt and did not notify me. But what he did do is have my room closed out but didn't let me or the front desk know. I was unable to get my room cleaned the next morning because of this. After again going to the front desk after coming in the that night they moved me to another room after speaking with maintenance and finding out what was done or not done the previous day. It was known fun having to move to another room in the middle of the night to just check out in the morning.

Beautiful old hotel reminiscent of Atlantic City’s heyday. Except for the dispensary which probably contributed to the garage smelling like pot. Enjoyed old 1920s bar ambience and bartender was very friendly

I liked that my room was very clean. I didn't like that I made a mistake and booked for the hotel in Argentina and was not refunded my monies after I immediately rebooked for Atlantic City. I also didn't like that my room temperature would not go below 77 degrees! My TV stayed at the highest volume a tv could go until the technician finally showed up!
