Quiet, cost, location!

I was pleased with our stay at The Claridge. We are a family of 3 and chose The Claridge based on location, indoor pool, and cost. My daughter and I participated in the AC 10K. The room was clean and quiet with a nice view over the park and of the beach. The hotel has an indoor corridor connecting it with Bally's wich was very convenient. We thought the pool area was nicer than both Hard Rock and Tropicana. Upon booking several reviews mentioned unsatisfactory water temp in the shower, I did not experience this, the water took a little bit to heat up but did get hot. My daughter didn't think her bed was very comfortable but seemed to sleep fine, I had no issue with the bed but thought the pillows were a little lumpy. The carpet was vacuumed but didn't feel clean, probably needs a shampoo or replace. Other than that we were very happy and would recommend as a more cost effective stay to Bally's and Cesar's

Great experience this time around also! The VUE BAR was the highlight of this trip getting to see our Family Jerry! And not to mention the easy cut through connection to Ballys hotel.

No beach veiw. Old hotel, looks like it belongs in scarey movies. Wait for check in was over 30 mins. People in next room had very loud sex about 2 am.Very small bar, unless it's daytime and nice weather. Elevators are sketchy. Not ever sure "got what I paid for". Conveint to Boardwalk Hall.

Room was clean. We did have to change rooms however due to some paint coming of the ceiling. The front desk did take care of us immediately so I’m happy about that but the view from the second view was just a rooftop and ventilation system so that was a bummer.

The room needs a microwave, the handle to the shower sliding door was broken. The toilet bowl had turned brown. Customer service was not professional. The water in the vending machine was too expensive for the size that was dispensed. The elevators were always crowded. I did like the roof top bar and view. I also loved the boardwalk.
