I booked the room cause it supposedly offered breakfast, before checking out , me and my wife wanted breakfast and they direct us to a restaurant on the sixth floor, which we clearly booked because it came with breakfast. Is false advertisement.

When we checked in, the lady at the desk didnt tell us where our room was. So we had to figure it out ourselves. Then the toilet in our room wouldn't flush, but we managed to figure that out. The elevators sucked and there were children in the pool during "adult hours"
