We had a great time and would go again. The Claridge is a great place for families and we enjoy the restaurant and the pool. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the proximity to the boardwalk is unbeatable. Unfortunately, we kept missing housekeeping, and our room was only cleaned one during our stay.

1. Elevators take up to 20 min to arrive 2. Short staffed, can't get anyone to answer the phone @ desk 3. Housekeeping didn't have washcloths, offered me hand towels 4. Very hot & humid in hallways and lobby Overall, not a great experience - would not recommend or stay again.
