Location was great, the staff i saw and spoke to were wonderful. The concrete poured on the walkways at this hotel is so slick when it gets wet that I fell flat on my back the first night we were there. The kids in my room also slipped and fell several times. Also we got maid service once in 3 days.

Close to the beach. Easy to find. Pool was nice. There was a little confusion on checking in but was resolved quickly. Bathroom door was hard to close. Staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

The room was really nice, updated and modern. The location was prime, easily walkable to beach, boardwalk, restaurants. You also get beach tags included with your stay which is nice! The stacked parking is a little tough. You either have to be blocked in or leave your keys with the staff. Ended up parking at a nearby lot to be able to use my car during the stay. We did the online check-in but never received the room code and needed to find someone, but we arrived later in the evening and the only employee was doing work at the pool. Overall would definitely stay again!

I would say the property had been recently updated and renovated. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to beach and a cute ice cream shop across the street was nice traveling with children. Great for families.

The employees were great! Very friendly and aim to please. The room we were assigned was not cleaned so they very quickly switched us a few doors down. It was nicely redone. I loved the bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic and I loved the lighted mirror. The room was clean. I’d have liked to have a coffee maker in the room or even in the lobby. This was the first hotel I’ve stayed at that didn’t have one. My son loved swimming, but I think they need to invest in a pool vacuum to run at night when the pool is closed. Over all we were very happy with our stay. The ice cream shop is conveniently located across the street & we were only a few minutes away from the boardwalk & beach!

The drapes do not cover the window. There is about an 8” gap at each end onto a public walkway. This is a safety issue as there is no privacy and unpleasant as the light positioned outside shines on your face in bed. Many other aspects of the hotel are good, but the lack of drapes is not acceptable, so I do not recommend staying until this is addressed.

Parking

I should not need to share parking spaces. We we drive domewhere you never know if there will be a parking space when returning to the Forum. The white grubhub van should not park in the parking lot for the guest. In addition the forum employees should not use the parking spaces on the property reserved for guests.

We had unrulily children above us. They were so bad the I had to let the front desk ask them to quiet it down, but early the next morning they were back at it. Plus, there was one of the mother's smoking at the pool. So sad.
