Good looking hotel, nicely decorated, and nice staff. But it has been finished on a budget, really average beds and no air conditioning (not very nice in humid Auckland weather, I can only imagine it’s horrible during really hot weather)

The most complicated unnecessary TV films setup I have ever encountered and NO regular TV channels! Set by pleasant helpful staff each time - TV reset itself when I left the room. Good clean compact room but dreary colour scheme. Got very hot with no air-conditioning. Good facilities in complex

I would not recommend staying at this property due solely to the fact that no rooms are air conditioned and the temperatures are uncomfortable to say the least. A room fan, fresh air ducting and minimally opened windows do not prevent an uncomfortable night’s sleep in what are very confined rooms.

Went to check in at 1:45pm was given my room and went to my Room and it had not been cleaned. Went downstairs to wait. No one came to tell me when it was ready. At checkout got told I needed to pay for parking. I didn’t use parking. I got told to pay for an extra person. I didn’t have an extra person in my Room. The room next door was noisey all night and I had a terrible sleep. The room was too hot as well. Nice looking hotel and good enough room but terrible experience.
