Woman at counter was not very welcoming or friendly. We knew we were early, she said if we wanted to get in early we’d have to pay extra,we declined. She was quite rude. We wandered around town for a few hours, when we went back to hotel after 1pm there was a lovely gentleman, the front office manager, who advised our room was ready and that we could check in. I asked if we’d have to pay the early check in fee as check in is 3pm, he said No. He even gave us an upgrade. He was friendly, very welcoming and made us feel comfortable.

Rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Very quiet. Staff are helpful and efficient. The Breakfast buffet is well set up, good value for the price, with a good selection of foods. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Air Conditioner in the room was very loud especially night, x1 light bulb in bathroom above mirror & lamp next to sofa did not work, noticible dents on the wall from previous guests made from wooden luggage holder.
