Arrrived at front desk to be informed that the hotel’s computer system had been hacked and that they only had basic reservation information. We had a reservation for 2 one bedroom units but they only had a 2 bedroom available. We took it but we had booked for 2 families. The staff were not to blame for this but we should have been advised in advance.

Good location to the ferry and Queen streets and most of important sites, which makes it walkable. . It’s close to a stadium which can be noisy. It was nice to have a kitchenette and living space.

We were in unit 6001. Everything about it was excellent. Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two dishwashers. All brand new appliances, huge balcony down two sides of the building on the top floor. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed.

ADina apartments was amazing. We stayed 3 nights before a cruise. The staff were amazing. Mark was unbelievable. He helped us with everything. He is really a credit to Adina apartments. The place was spotlessly clean and very quiet. The room was large with a very big bathroom. The kitchenette was convenient as there was a supermarket close by. We really enjoyed our stay there and can highly recommend it.

We arrived early a.m. direct from the airport. Staff were happy to give us some space to open luggage, freshen up and change. They then stored our luggage so that we could get on with our day and check in properly later. Our apartment should have had a washing machine but it was not present. Within a few minutes we had been given a different room with full facilities. The accommodation was roomy, clean and perfect for our needs. The staff were great and always prepared to go the extra mile

Room was moderately clean when we arrived but we had to run everything through the dishwasher. Complementary bottle of wine was from Australia in one of the world’s greatest wine producing regions!? Great location! Comfortable and newly renovated room. Great kitchenette.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for 8nights - three teens and two adults. The size of the apartment was great, but the bathrooms were very small. Staff on the front counter were very friendly and helpful. We did have a few issues, housekeeping would only leave four towels, even though our booking was for 5, so we had to go to reception to ask for towels, or wash and dry them ourselves. We used the sofa couch, there were no sheets or pillows provided so we had to get them on the first night. No spare blanket, we had to eventually ask for one. Phone did not work. The location is great! The apartment was nice but needed maintenance (broken kitchen drawers, bathroom drains smelled, complimentary shampoos left empty) - so the only real let down is housekeeping. For the price you pay, there’s room for improvement. But, again - reception were always so helpful and friendly - so thank you

We stayed twice, at start and end of our NZ visit. The beds are super comfortable, my biggest concern. We loved the layout, the space in the rooms. Loved having washer and dryer because we were at start and end of a longer trip to South Island. Having a full kitchenette was a plus. Big window so bright and pleasant, didn’t matter that the view was not special, open space beyond the room. Front desk staff very helpful with the room and our various questions. At the first stay, there was a problem with a beeping sound in the room, they were quick to find a new room for us, and it was even nicer than the first! One of the front desk people came with me later to look for a charging cord I had left behind. Because our first stay was over the holidays, much was closed in the area, but on our second stay, there were tons of coffee shops and excellent restaurants very close by! We did eat the hotel breakfast ( not included) on the first stay, and it was fine. The eating area is open and pleasant. We were happier with the choices in walking distance, but for early pick ups, etc hotel breakfast was fine.
