The room was great and a highlight is the restaurant on site really good food. There were problems with some of the lights not working but overall would stay there again

This hotel requires extensive upgrading. Torn carpet, chipped furniture, a sharp, rusted stud in the floor by the shower entrance just waiting to be stepped on. See pictures for more. Resturant had the worst service ever. My dinner was served 30 minutes after my wife's. She was finished long before mine arrived. Others experienced the same treatment. Vegetable were overcooked and very mushy. Service was non-existent. I think the lone waiter was embarrassed.

Good place to stay for one night

Great location for the airport. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, restaurant and bar downstairs, no lift, has airport bus service included, there were lots of black hairs on bathroom ground - obviously was not vacuumed, the heater was on in the room when we checked in at 3pm and it was boiling and stuffy in there! (Day was a hot summer's day) There was only 2 towels and no hand towels for us (3 people). Overall I would stay here again. It was great for what we needed.

The bed room although fairly basic was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom very clean with a large shower. The window opened wide below waist level and was very unsafe a child could easily fall out. The towels were very thin and ragged along the edges. All the staff we dealt with were really great and went out of their way to be helpful.

Well prices for quite good facilities. Bus to and from airport takes about 20 minutes - quite good once worked out where the airport pickup point was.

The bathroom was old and not clean. The rubber on the shower door was coming off and was moldy. The light switch had a missing switch and you could poke your finger in the hole (if you were stupid enough). The toilet seat was falling off. Overall the bathroom was in very poor condition. Wouldn’t stay there again unless I had to.

A good place as a stopover to or from the airport. Staff friendly and helpful with suitcase(s) giventhere is no elevator to 2nd floor rooms. Many including self seemed to make use free luggage storage room. Dining options limited - either at restaurant on site, or walk to small shopping area closeby. Bakery there an excellent option for lunch.

Rooms quiet and comfortable. Only downside was that the doors were heavy to open and slammed shut making it a bit noisy as people coming and going. Restaurant staff attentive without being overbearing. Food tasty and good portions.

They need to improve information re yellow bus as it is bus stop B not in front of door 4. Ordered a seafood platter which ended up being less the scallops and battered mussels. Made up with extra fish so may as well have has fish and chips at $10 less. No information given on surrounding facilities.
