Bavaria Boutique is a charming and very accommodating B&B. Kerri is just delightful and very kind and helpful. It allowed us to get our first visit to New Zealand off to a wonderful start!

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Bavaria, and wish we had longer. We were made to feel very welcome, and its a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Our room was spacious with the amenities we expected and we enjoyed the shared dining space for breakfast. The free offstreet parking was great thanks. Close to eating places and local countdown. Thanks for having us.

Staff is super friendly and the room was good, but with the West sun coming into the room window, the absence of air conditioning in the facility rendered the room warmer than comfortable for several hours.

Very comfortable stay. The property is wonderful, very uniquely beautiful from the outside to the inside. Beautiful stain glass front door, fresh flowers in the living room, open deck to a garden, nice breakfast area with ability to cook in the guest kitchen. We were given great recommendations from the host for resturants and activities very close nearby. We were able to enjoy a pleasant breeze in our room from the balcony before the rain came and got a much needed rest. We would have loved to stay longer and another time if given the opportunity.

Our stay was lovely. The resident house manager was such a warm and friendly host. We came down for a show and were kindly welcomed. Other guests were friendly and there were no issues. A clean, beautiful stay. And a darling kitty to top it off!

I loved the large bedroom, windows that can be opened and the communal large living room , which I will make better use of next time I stay. It was so quiet, no TV noise from adjacent rooms or road noise. Peaceful and homely and close to the village shops. Kerri was lovely to have a chat with and so friendly and helpful with local information.

Wonderful experience!

I can not stress how much I loved staying here. I was with a friend and we had a quick stop over in Auckland before we continued on to the South Island. I wish so much we had had time to stay longer. The property is gorgeous and comfortable. The decor is charming and there were incredible fresh flower arrangements greeting us. There was a lite breakfast also provided. Customer service was off the charts friendly and helpful. I hope to come back in the future and really explore the area and enjoy another stay. Highly recommend!!

Excellent, friendly service from Karen and Kenny, the new owners of the business. They're absolutely delightful. Room was very comfortable - loved the bedsheets, and having Chromecast in the TV was great. Lots of plugs by the bed - the small touches matter. Highly recommend.
