Room pretty basic but nice and clean. Odd no bedside cabinets. Bathroom clean and tidy. Stayed for 3 days. Fresh towels supplied and changed daily. A little noisey due to older double hung single glazed windows. Friendly and helpful staff.

Place doesn't open till 8.30am so no checking in before if you arrived early. Never told this when asked if we could check in earlier. Very noisey and someone had a party with loud music and heaps of people all night. Bathrooms smelt mouldy if you turned the fan off.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the city center. The room is spacious—slightly old but very clean. There is also secure indoor parking with a lock. Great value for money, highly recommended!

I was asked for a “bond” to be paid on site, even when I have stayed multiple times there and I never been asked for one before. Been told money will be refunded the next day. Nothing has happened. Very poor customer service.
