Great hotel

Downtown luxury hotel that has good bones and amazing services. Lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. No pool or spa though and the rooms can get really warm during the day.

Lady at reception when I checked in was so lovely & gave me a lovely room Also room is spacious clean & quiet. Breakfast is nice however management could look at having more kiwi favourites like mince & cheese pies, bacon & egg pies sausage rolls, pancakes with cream. I requested triple cheese omlette & it was so small, disappointed. But Horizon overall is beautiful.
