Good room with great views of the harbour but travellers should know that this is really not a proper hotel, much more a residential block renting out suites. There is no bar or restaurant, a very basic reception service, no breakfast. You really are self catering which is fine so long as you know what to expect.

The room was one of the renovated rooms and was clean and enough room for 2 people. Hotel is in great location for downtiwn and Viaduct Basin - plenty of shops and place to eat. Staff we dealt with were lovely and helpful. Gym and pool were good. My only thing I needed was a full length mirror in room so could check out attire as we were going to wedding. Otherwise stay was good, no complaints.
