The attention to detail, the real 5 star service, the beautiful rooms. The Club lounge is excellent, possibly the best club lounge experience we’ve had in our travels. Best Auckland 5 star I’ve stayed in by far. Can’t wait to come back!

Modern well designed hotel in convenient location. Stayed with club level access, which had tea service and canapés in addition to breakfast. These were served in addition to some small items which were self served. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The lounge view was a gorgeous one of the harbor.
