While the room was comfortable overall, the shower stall doors were narrow and challenging to get in and out of easily. The water temperature wasn't easy to maintain. There were two temperatures, cold and super hot.

A shining star

Other accommodation in the general area appeared to be older and tired. This motel is a gem. Not sure if it's new but it felt like it. Small room but quality bathroom and comfortable bed. All for around the price of the old and tired other options.

Cheap enough for an overnight stay

Just wanted a bed for the night close to Auckland airport. Rate was very reasonable and parking right outside which was convenient. Walking distance to shops and eateries.

Recent room renovation in tasteful colours. Thoughtful provision of china/cutlery/hairdrier/iron/ironing board. Daily housekeeping, quiet, plenty of parking. Manager Rita and Night Manager Amit are very customer focused. It takes time and money to renovate and beautify a motel. Stage 1 interior) has been a success and stage 2 (exterior of building) is planned. Good value, good facilities, central location and welcoming staff made my 3 day stay pleasant.
