Great hotel, awesome gym and spa facilities, clean and spacious room, lovely finishes. Breakfast could definitely be improved. I wouldn’t recommend adding that on to your booking in its current state. Communication and information within the hotel could also be improved. For example, we ordered the Maxim special on the room menu, which is from the Chinese over the road. On collection we found out we’d been charged a lot more, as the prices quotes on the room menu were just for one. This could be made clearer.

I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay there again and take advantage of the facilities available on site. Staff are great and the place is very clean. Go have a spar, sauna, swim and massage. We regret not allowing ourselves a massage.
