This super stylish property has everything you could want for the perfect family holiday. Newly renovated inside & out, it is beautifully presented, and very welcoming. Situated above a lovely bay with fabulous views, there is a path from the shared reserve down to the beach.

The entrance is into an open plan living, kitchen & dining area. The kitchen is fully set up for catering, with top of the range appliances. A brand new Smart TV, and a heatpump mean this is a fabulous property in all seasons.

The open plan living area has sliding doors out onto the large deck, which has great lounge furniture as well as an outdoor dining area. Large umbrellas give good shade. The deck leads down onto a large flat lawn, which joins the reserve across the foot of the properties.

There is a bathroom on the ground floor as well.

Upstairs are 3 luxurious bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom. All are beautifully presented with high end linen. The master bedroom has lovely views out to the bay, and well as a TV. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, Picnic Bay Vista is located a minute away from the Kennedy Point car ferry terminal, and minutes from Oneroa Village and the Matiatia passenger ferry. There is a great winery just down the road, and many more wineries & great beaches within 10 minutes drive.

The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings.
