Staff were lovely. Nice room with great soundproofing so a peaceful sleep. Well appointed room and a comfortable stay. Good little bar on site for an evening drink. Only thing was the bathroom was a little dated, but otherwise a nice stay.

I Return again & again

My favourite Auckland hotel. Great amenities Close to CBD but feel like you are way from all the noise & bright lights. Excelled indoor pool, steam room & sauna.

The room was dated, needs renovating desperately! Did not expect the room to be dated with no power sockets by the bed and bulky table lamps on antique night stands. The tv was on a unit not hung on the wall- haven’t seen tv on a unit for a while now. The room did not live up to a 5 star rated hotel! Lobby area was nicely done but the room was shockingly old and disappointing. Pullman needs to pull its socks up.

Great check in experience, staff were brilliant, but room was sparsely furnished for its size, and had a loud electric hum that kept me awake all night. I arrived at 11pm after a very delayed flight and a horrible experience at the hotel I was booked to stay at and the staff were very efficient but not being able to sleep ruined the stay.

Great time at the swimmign pool. Not enought staff, so setvice took very long time. Some issues with theth room, but nothing major. Expedia did not show us the best offer for that hotel. So next time we ill check directly with hotels webistes.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Bed is very comfortable - I had a great sleep both nights. Room was very spacious. Great having a bathtub too. I will definitely stay here again! Interiors are a little bit dated and might benefit from a refresh. Room service menu is only available as a channel on the TV - I have never come across this before and it’s bizarre. If yoi miss the menu page I want to look at then it’s a 10mins wait for the video to loop back to those items.
