All our apartments are located in the Sebel Hotel is right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool.

Perfect location

Great little apartment with a balcony overlooking the viaduct harbour area. Really convenient location with groceries and beer and wine a 5 minute walk away (Woolworths) and tons of restaurants starting at the lobby.Apartment was clean and well apointed. Would visit again if I am back to Auckland.

Cricket trip

Stop over on the way to Christchurch for the first test. Really nice very well equipped apartment in a great location overlooking the harbour. Lots of places to eat and just a short walk to the city centre. Recommend taking a trip to beautiful Waiheke island for some wine tasting - the wineries are excellent and many have restaurants attached . Would definitely staye here again

This property is absolutely beautiful and a gem of a location. The condo was very clean, modern and had all the amenities you could need. The washer/dryer was a bonus for us as we were on an extended holiday. The number of restaurants, the easy access to public transportation and access to groceries was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Best Location in Auckland!

I can't overstate this location; Viaduct Harbour is the heartbeat of the city. The restaurants and bars on the waterfront are outstanding and the whole vibe is exactly what we were looking for. There is a grocery store just a block away and amazing shops all over. We'll definitely be booking here for our next visit!
