We were stunned at how gorgeous our room was. It was spacious, clean, and with an unbelievable view. The staff was very helpful and check in/out was personal and efficient. This hotel was in a fantastic part of Auckland that was accessible to a lot of activities and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belsuites Auckland. The view from the apartment was amazing, and the apartment itself was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. Room was clean but saw a cockroach in the kitchen. The hotel is nice overall but the reception area was hot, small and at the same counter as with the cafe. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The room had the amenities we were looking forward to however, the furnishings were worn out. For example the sofa was threadbare, cushions were worn out and the legs were missing. The area rug was worn out, and the room needed to be repainted. However, the bedroom was suitable and the overall space was more than adequate. We used the washer /dryer and it worked perfectly.Five years ago I would have given it full marks but now it’s really tired.
