Good room nice bed, nice shower, room rather basic with kettle and refrigerator ( the safe was broken) room temperature kept comfortable throughout stay. House keeping everything 3 day, WiFi good and strong, good location about 15 minute walk to ferry and 20-25 to downtown finally staff friendly and helpful

Efficient check in. City centre hotel located near the marina. Easy walking into the city. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was provided at the 'Tuck Shop' next door and was very nice.

Staff were friendly and helpful, even changing my room when my old one started making a horrible screeching. Rooms could have done some dusting but otherwise clean and tidy. We had the family interconnecting room, which was good for a girls weekend, but anyone with little kids would struggle to open the 2 smoke stop doors, and nothing to prop them open.

Great budget hotel in a fantastic location. The bedroom was very clean with a big, comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and modern with a great shower. 'The Tuck Shop' next door, which you can acces from the hotel lobby, served great coffee, cakes and pies, as well as a full cooked breakfast which you can charge to your room. Add really helpful staff and the fact that it is in the Wynyard Quarter, just five minutes from the Marina, then for me, it's a winner. Next time I visit Auckland, this is where I will be staying.

Good location, not much immediately around but most things are within short walking distance. Not a major issue but I had a bottle of wine attached to my booking and when I asked to switch to anything non-alcoholic, my request was denied so I just returned the bottle of wine. Considering this is meant to be hospitality industry, I didn't think that was a great way to handle the request. Other than that had a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying here Very central It was our fault we lost the parking ticket to the car park they lease one level , was told nothing they could do so $75.00 later we paid to get car out felt they could of assisted more in respect to that Apart from that 5/5 from us
