In a green setting, new 3-room house with a capacity of 6 people 80m2 living space on one level, with garden of 650 m2, private access and parking space, located in the town of Audenge 33980, halfway between Cap Ferret and Arcachon.
300m from the cycle path which serves the city center about 1 km away, the oyster port and its oyster and tasting huts, the beach, the seawater bathing pool monitored during the free summer period with its games for children, a city stadium, a skate park and a fitness area.
Daily and free sports activities are offered during the summer, led by the cap 33 team.
Note that the cycle path serves the tour of the Arcachon basin.
For hikers, you can discover the flora and fauna of the natural area of the Certes and Graveyron domains.

Well equipped family holiday house situated on the Arcachon Basin flanked by beautiful beaches

Lovely holiday house with most of the essentials. Welcoming touches from our hosts in the fridge were much appreciated! Despite the heatwave (23 July - 13 Aug 2022), the little white house remained cool and safe. The area is of outstanding natural beauty. We found the local people very kind and generous. We especially enjoyed visiting the Cap Ferret lighthouse, the Grand Crohot beach, the bird sanctuary at Teich and Arcachon itself. For those willing to travel a little further, St Emilion and its monolithic church and vineyards are worth visiting. A helpful addition to the property facilities would be the installation of wifi.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison neuve bien équipée et idéalement située pour visiter le bassin d'Arcachon et ses environs. L'accueil de Dominique est très chaleureux. Des gourmandises locales attendent dans le frigo à l'arrivée.

Super location!! Elle est bien située proche du centre d'Audenge, de la piste cyclable, à 30 minutes de la Dune du Pilat, de parcs, de villes comme Arcachon, Andernos... C'est une location très propre et bien équipée, vous n'avez pas besoin de ramener vos affaires de plages, les affaires pour bébé (tout y est :chaise haute, poussette, jouets, baignoire, lit à barreaux....). Et à notre arrivée, nous avons été bien accueillis humainement et avec des petites attentions (boissons fraîches dans le frigo). Nous conseillons ce gîte pour passer un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison lumineuse et spacieuse. La maison est idéalement située à mi-chemin entre Arcachon et le Cap-Ferret ainsi qu’à proximité de la piste cyclable et du bassin de nage de Audenge. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine chez Dominique et son mari , très accueillants et disponibles. Le logement est top! très propre , fonctionnel et bien équipé, spacieux, lumineux, bien situé pour découvrir le bassin . De la place pour se garer , un jardin conséquent pour une location de vacances , un garage accessible de la maison , très pratique pour y parquer nos vélos et le matériel qui va avec! Bref , il n’y a pas défaut !!! Et …. cerise sur le gâteau , une surprise à l’arrivée et une autre au départ. Mille mercis pour tout cela! Avec plaisir , si nous en avons la possibilité, nous y retournerons!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Le gîte est conforme au descriptif, très propre, très bien équipé et très bien situé pour visiter le bassin. La piste cyclable a proximité est vraiment agréable. Belle maison, tout est là pour vous sentir bien. Mr et Mme E. sont accueillants, disponibles. Cette location correspond totalement à la description qui en est faite. Maison très confortable, équipement ménager au top et en plus situation géographique idéale pour découvrir le bassin et si vous aimez faire du vélo, la piste cyclable qui fait le tour du bassin est à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mr et Mme Eyquem qui nous ont accueilli et ont été aux petits soins pour nous, petites attentions , présence chaleureuse et discrète . Un très agréable séjour avec enfant

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très dépaysantes et vivifiantes dans cette agréable maison récente et très très bien équipée (c'est simple tout est prévu) ! Propreté impeccable (rarement aussi bien !), et propriétaire adorable aux "petits soins", nous avons été chouchoutés ! Merci Dominique pour votre gentillesse et sollicitude ! La maison est au calme malgré la proximité de la route principale (triple vitrage?), et sans vis à vis. Nous avons apprécié notre voisinage très discret (des chevaux) et le petit jardin de derrière. Il ne manque finalement qu'un accès facilité à internet pour les plus connectés d'entre nous ;-) ! Nous avons aimé la proximité du littéral côté bassin que nous avons parcouru à marée haute comme basse et le bassin de baignade d'eau de mer aménagé de Audenge ! A refaire une prochaine année sans hésiter !

Heerlijk huis in rustige omgeving

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Audenge. Midden in de rust van een klein dorpje, maar op korte rij afstand van vele leuke activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden. Het huis is volledig ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. De rolluiken waren ideaal. Een tip zou zijn om wifi beschikbaar te stellen. Dominique was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en gaf tips wat we konden doen in de omgeving.

Sublime semaine à Audenge

Maison individuelle particulièrement bien équipée. Tout est pensé pour assurer notre confort, notre bien-être (2 terrasses avec chacune table relax). Hygiène irréprochable (gel, lingettes désinfectantes). La propriétaire Mme. Eyquem est très accueillante, chaleureuse présente pour le moindre souci. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Situation idéale en milieu du Bassin à mi-chemin entre Cap Ferret et la Dune du Pilat Christiane et Jacqueline

Une merveilleuse semaine au Bassin d‘Arcachon

Des propriétaires très accueillants et hospitaliers, maison bien équipée, rien ne manquait, très calme, paysage/nature autour du Bassin d‘Arcachon invite à relaxer, nager, faire des promenades ou du vélo, bref: magnifique pour de détendre! On s‘est vraiment sentis à l‘aise et va certainement recommander cette belle maison de vacances.
