In the town centre, near everything, but still peaceful.

The chef's kitchen has all the utensils, gadgets and appliances you could possibly want.

Upstairs balcony: unobstructed water/tree views, candles, comfy chairs, side tables & rug.

Downstairs deck: amazing firepit, BBQ, table & chairs, tree & garden views.

EACH bedroom has ensuite & balcony with seating. BBQ, table, chairs, herbs. Lockup garage. The townhouse is in the front row of the complex so your view & privacy is not ruined by other properties & garages in the foreground.

Furnished and equipped with the utmost comfort and luxury: a home not a hotel. Top quality appliances throughout. Luxury bedding - feather duvets for winter, waffle weave cotton blankets in summer. Front bedroom: adjustable Tempur massage bed.

Because I live here some of the time, you will find the place is set up with all the extras that go with a modern home. You are welcome to read my books (please leave them behind when you leave), access the contents of my pantry and use my appliances! The furniture is luxurious, the artworks quirky. As it is more a home than a commercial venture, please treat it and its contents with the respect you treat your own.

Most suited to adults and responsible children. pet-friendly subject to advance approval and a modest fee of $100 per booking.
