We are very sorry that they had such a bad experience with us. We can hardly believe it's true, but we will of course go through our cleanliness and control procedures so this does not happen with other guests. We must say that we usually have very good feedback from our guests and high ratings from guests. We would like to know what date they lived with us so we can check this further.Concerning the road to the fjord, it goes through a farm that we have no control over, but the last part of the road is now work in progress to correct. If you are travelling to our area later, you are very welcome to stay with us at half price, as a compensation. Thank you for your feedback!
