It has everything you might need or want including two bicycles (and helmets) to explore this great neighborhood and easy access to explore Shoal Creek and its trail system to get you downtown. You will have a chilled Cowboy Pool and private beach. You can wash off the sand in an outdoor shower before you grill up steaks for your friends in the outdoor kitchen. Or you can cook your meals inside with a fully outfitted indoor kitchen.
