Important Things to Note

• This is Unit B, located upstairs behind the front unit (Unit A); stairs are required.

• Parking: One designated spot is provided near the driveway/back of the house. Paid street parking may be available at night.

• Self check-in: You’ll receive detailed instructions and entry codes prior to arrival.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are located in the hall bathroom.

• Grill: A gas BBQ grill is available for your use.

• Trash: Please place trash in the designated can near the drive.

• Pet policy: No pets are allowed at this home. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of pets is found.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
