It was great with the exception of the cost of parking. I had a hard time figuring out where to park. The building is not marked very well. Once o was settled it was fantastic. I really enjoyed the balcony it was private and a great place for a glass of wine.

Paid a room upgrade charge to only get no sleep due to AC not staying on in the month of May, blinking smoke detector light above the bed area. Called to have fixed and they couldn't have matienance come out until the morning. Left early. Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate with extra bags of ice and complimentary water.

I was pretty impressed with this property. Maybe I got lucky, but all the staff and front desk workers were all very friendly and outgoing people and they all seemed to be in really a good mood the three nights I stayed there. It was very noticeable. The room was nice and the rooftop bar is very cool to look out over the city. I was definitely impressed with this Hotel.

Overall beautiful hotel

This was the first time we have stayed in an AC hotel. The hotel is very pretty and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great experience! There were a couple of minor inconveniences I will mention. There was not a microwave in the room. It would have been helpful to have atleast 2 towel hooks in the bathroom and a 2nd mirror in the room so more than 1 person can get ready trying to share 1 in a tiny bathroom. There should also be a fan in the bathroom. These items are common in other hotels I've stayed in

Really nice hotel with good amenities and very clean. Only thing that was a bit of a small inconvenience was that the AC did not get as cold as I wanted but overall very nice hotel that I would definitely stay there again.

I had an amazing stay here. Excellent service. We had access to the Otis Hotel rooftop bar and swimming pool. I was able to park my car safely during my stay in the parking garage. All around a wonderful experience.

Beautiful rooms and very helpful and polite staff. My son was performing at a state competition and AC Hotel let me leave my car in the parking garage, after checkout, so we would not have to worry about finding new parking and our son could concentrate on his upcoming speech au UT. We will stay at this hotel anytime we go back to Austin.
