Absolutely disgusting. Neither elevator worked so we had to lug our things down 5 flights of stairs. Rooms were disgusting. Flaking finish on mirrors in bathroom. Dust on lamps that had been there at least several months. Worst Marriott experience ever. I would never stay there again. You’d be better off at a competitor. They need to tear this dinosaur down.

Room was kept tidy and neat. The daily breakfast we purchased through hotels.com for a $1.00 each was worth every penny. Sharon at the front desk was extremely helpful, removing the internet charges after I explained I was a Marriott Bonvoy member. Aracely, who served breakfast from the cafe was excellent to!
