Quaint, quiet and adorable

Truly a wonderful experience. Everything ran so smoothly, from booking to arriving and leaving. Not only is this place ADORABLE but the couple that owns the B&B are literal angels. The morning after our first night we attended the complementary breakfast with the owners and the rest of the guests. It was like we were one big family having breakfast together. So sweet. We cannot WAIT to make this our home away from home when visiting Austin. Thanks Bryan and Sherry!

I only needed a place to stay overnight and was fortunate enough to find Brava House B&B. The room was charming, spotless, quiet and very clean. All instructions were clear and checking in was seamless. The grounds though small are quite pleasant and the breakfast room is lovely. This was my first stay but it won’t be my last.

Free parking in Austin? Huge plus. Met the owner and ahe was absolutely lovely. The room is perfect. 6 minutes to 6th street and Brazos. Great location close to Mopac too.

We Brava House to ourselves during our stay and it did not disappoint. It was easy to find, parking was spacious and right behind the house, and the location was convenient to all of Downtown Austin. We stayed in the Casablanca and it was roomy, so clean and had everything we needed. Since it was a short stay we did not get to enjoy the patio but it was really lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and Bryan and Sherry were wonderful hosts — we will definitely be back!

A peaceful retreat

The property is in great condition. It's clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the area felt safe. Bryan, the host, was quick to respond to the one minor issue we had. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I felt like we got a good deal considering how much space we were given a bedroom plus a private living area where we were able to sit and visit. We also enjoyed time on the front porch, listening to nature and watching the locals walk by.

This is a wonderful property managed by lovely owners Brian and Sherry. They are a lovely kind couple. They made sure our needs at the breakfast table were catered. They had gone out the previous night to buy vegan bread, vegan cream and cheese just for us. This property does not have a fancy gym or a pool, but the hospitality you get here is not there even with a 7-star hotel. We will sure come back to stay at Brian and Sherry's Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommended for the unique experience.

We stayed three nights in the Monroe Suite. The place was very charming, and the breakfast was delicious, with yogurt, fresh berries, and different breakfast sandwishes and burritos, to name just a few of the choices. The owners as well as the man who prepared breakfast first two nights were all very kind and friendly. I highly recommed the place if you visit Austin! We'd definitely stay there again.
