Mediocre at best

The property was very run down. Piles of leaves everywhere. Debris covered the sidewalks, parking lot, pool area. Irrigation pipes were loose all over the sidewalks and oulled out of the beds. The exterior was run down. Construction inside the apartment I stayed in was mediocre at best. Floating shelves were hanging at an angle in the kitchen, I was unable to get the hot water running the last morning of my stay in the shower.
