Great except for parking

Great hotel with nice social amenities including grab and go and a great bar. Parking and checkin were a cluster of confusion. Shelling my duffle all over city blocks was annoying. Should have valet or onsite parking.

Solo travel

I found the hotel very different than a normal hotel room. It would definitely not be for traveling with friends as there is one bed that is built in so if two people shared it, the person by the window will have to climb over the over

The room was more of a college dorm style or a sneaky link set up. Not so much a good option for two platonic friends. The pictures made the room seem so spacious. Didn’t like the see through shower either but like I said. It’s a good option if you’re trying to get down and dirty.

Excellent room, small for two people with not a lot of privacy, very quiet! Did not hear other guests. Asked for restaurant recommendations and was given a list of names with addresses - no recommendations & no descriptions. Great location, comfortable bed. Rooftop bar was closed which was disappointing, great location, very friendly, as long as you don’t mind no microwave or refrigerator and if you are traveling alone it’s fantastic!

The bed was the most incredibly comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Like resting on a pillow! And speaking of pillows, all the ones on the bed were fluffy, with different firmness to fit any taste. I unfortunately was in a car accident the morning of my arrival, so each day my body was in pain but it was easy to stay in bed all day with such a restful comfy cozy bed. I appreciated the cuddly pillow doll that kept me company each night, I was alone but genuinely didn't feel lonely because of it. The huge window and city view was awesome to wake up and fall asleep to. I loved being able to control the blinds, curtains, lights, color lighting, and tv all from my phone or the iPad in the room so I didn't even need to get up if I didn’t need to. The lighting was beautiful. I loved everything about staying here. The staff were kind and helpful, the hotel was sparkly clean in every nook and cranny. I have a new favorite go-to hotel!! Its cozy and cute and gives a type of modern Tokyo feel. The rainfall shower was cool too, you can just walk-in, no climbing over tubs or anything potentially painful to someone with body aches and pains, water gets warm quick and the body soap smells herby, almost lavender-ish perfect for a relaxing soothing shower. It was cool having the frosty stall-ike area restroom. I just loved everything about my room :)
