Not what I expected

Just to confirm my staying it took a long time, and when I get to the room theirs lightbulbs missing, and to top it off one of my kids got bit by something in the room. These morning that we got up we saw some small roaches.

The place was ok for an overnight stay. Very quiet . Breakfast was good. But the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Toilet would run for a long time and then stopped flushing altogether. Morning staff was friendly and helpful. Nighttime staff, not so much.

The staff was very nice, and it was convenient to get around town. But the care for there rooms is poor, the hair dryer didnt work, there was paint on the restroom floors. There was also a wet towel hanging on the shower head, i didnt complain about it. You could obviously tell the room had been cleaned, and I'm sure it was easily missed.

Clean hotel , great housekeeping, friendly atmosphere. Front desk staff welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. My favorite thing about this hotel room was the variety of soft ambient lighting !! It was so much better to rest and relax.

Overall my stay was good. Nice and quiet. A couple restaurants near by. One thing that threw me off was when I was away from my room and I came back I noticed the housekeeper went in and replenish the bathroom but didn’t take my trash out.. it was my second day there I never asked for a cleaner to come by. Just made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy that they let themselves in without my knowledge. I had to find out when I came back to the room. And why come in if they didn’t remove the trash? They just left it there
