It has a poor maintenance… The A/C dormant work…bath horrible…I didn’t feel safe to let the bags in the car…thet asked for security deposit …it never happened to me in Expedia…So, thank God just was 1 night

This was, by far, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. One of my two rooms, 314, was broken into at some point as evident by the door damage and damage to the metal door casing. I was able to, literally, open my room door with the do not disturb sign (unless locked from the inside). Other than that, this place is completely ran down. No linens for the pull out, everythkng filthy and even the food was old and stale (what little food was put out for us. They even diluted the waffle mix until it was almost water like consistency and tasted horrible. There was a maintenance man with a ladder playing a YouTube video on how to change the batteries in the smoke detector. I spoke with various other guest who had a similar or worse experience. DO NOT STAY HERE AND EXPECT ANYTHING DIFFERENT, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. i will post photos on my google review.

I have stayed here before through the past years. Seems it may have different management or ownership and the property has severely gone down on updated rooms. Musky smells, dirty carpets, shower celling was peeling and moldy. Breakfast was not what it had been before. Didn't understand front desk clerk explaining my checkin.

this hotel's check-in system is very slow. often not taking prepaid check-ins via expedia or bookingdotcom. they won't do anything unless you fix it with them but gentle man at front is willing to help you out.

Bad Hotel

Almost everything in our room was broken, plus the smell of cigarette is super strong whether you get smoke free bedroom or not. Please invest a couple if hundreds more to stay at a much better hotel, i completely regret my decision of trying to save money by staying here
