Good stay for 2 days, but does need minor updates

The staff were really nice and helpful and overall the hotel was nice, but there is some construction going on in the lobby area and the hallways and rooms in general looked a little more run down than the photos online show. A good carpet cleaning and some general repairs would solve these issues. I also wish there was a shuttle offered from the hotel to the airport.

Hotel is in need of massive makeover. Dingy, dirty, dark. My bathroom shower curtain had holes in it. The tub didn't drain while showering. Room was poorly lit. Would not stay here again

The front desk staff is so nice and knowledgeable about their surroundings. There is some remodeling going on but nothing that would impacted my stay. Moody center is 10-12 min drive.

Old and run down- the mattress was so worn it actually sloped to one side. Bathroom linens were clean, but threadbare and were long past replacing. Dusty and parts of the room had broken stuff that was never fixed and just left looking wonky. The curtains had dark red splatter so that was gross. I was glad my stay was only one night and would not return for another stay.

Checked in, only sheets no covers. Went to ask desk person for blankets or covers, she asked "why, does your heater not work or you don't know how to use it?" Um, the beds only have sheets. She had to run to "the back" to find blankets, acted as though it was a huge inconvenience. Appearance ok, value not great for the quality. Charged extra to change days.
