This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has been recently remodeled. The home was designed by a building biologist specializing in non-toxic and sustainable living. By choosing us, you`re not just booking a space to stay but prioritizing your health and care for the environment.

Your privacy is a top priority for us. While the house shares walls with a small suite, it`s important to note that there are no shared doors. To enhance your experience, this private space has its own entrance and a dedicated heating/AC system. Enjoy a private fenced backyard with seating.

As part-time residents of this home, we`ve curated every detail to elevate your Austin adventures. Your journey begins here, and we can`t wait to host you!

The door features an August lock (no key required) and is accessible using a keypad.

We`ve structured an experience that minimizes interaction with us unless there`s an urgent need (such as a plumbing issue). For any questions or concerns during your stay, we`re just a message, text, or call away, ensuring your convenience and peace of mind.

In a quiet residential neighborhood - 15-minute drive to downtown, 15-minute drive to the airport, 20-minute drive to the F1 track (Circuit of the Americas) in Austin.

Short (~2 minute) walk to the Southern Walnut Creek Trail. The multi-use trail is a beautiful twisting and turning maze of trees and foliage. It is a recreation resource for hikers, joggers, and bicyclists. The 10-foot-wide concrete paths are designed to accommodate a variety of users. The trail connects to the public Harvey Penick golf course (9 holes) and the East Austin YMCA.

Walk 10 minutes to breakfast tacos (El Norteno Pollos Asados); convenience stores (7-11, Highway 969 Food-mart, Texaco)

Drive (5 mins) or bike to one of the best coffee shops in Austin, Palomino, or grab a bite at Eastside restaurants like Anything`s Baked Potato, Uroko, or Pho Craft.
