Lions Municipal Golf course and Tom Miller Dam are 1.5 and 1.8 miles away. Trending South Congress is 2.2 miles away. This condo is one of 13 units in the middle of an affluent neighborhood directly across from the historical Hezikiah Haskell House. In addition to bikes, there is a two-man kayak available for guests to use with an additional deposit. For an additional cost, valid driver’s license, acceptable insurance a Jeep Liberty is available for guests' use.
