Shower curtain smelt awful, needs to be changed. Can’t cost all of a fee cents. Overall, just not very clean - bare minimum done. Both treadmills in workout room were out of service. Dirty in here, layer of dust on the blinds. Breakfast was the worst I’ve seen for any hotel. Marriott, this hotel needs help. What are people paying for?!

I checked in on Friday and they told me they moved my reservation to another hotel and was “upgraded.” When I arrived at the second hotel, there was no upgrade, in fact the opposite. The room smelled terrible and I asked for another one. When I contacted Fairfield about the experience at the new hotel, they hung up on me and never called back. When I checked out, a family in front of me also talked about how they were not pleased with their room they were reassigned to and that it also was not clean. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE or their other property, Staybridge Suites.
