-The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Bachelor & Bachelorette groups must all be 30+ years of age.

-Additional deposits may be required.
-The flat is on a shared property with the main house and there may be tenants in the main house during rental. As such, the pool and outdoor space is shared.
-(1) Pet Considered. Approval required along with additional pet fee + pet deposit.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Pool has weekly scheduled cleaning every Friday
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
