Clean, quiet and comfortable

This hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Located just far enough from the main road to allow the hotel to be very quiet.

Nice accommodations

Stayed one night for a Saturday event. The room was clean and comfortable. No issues with check-in. The breakfast was more than just muffins and juice. Enjoyed scrambled eggs, potatoes, raisin toast, and juice. I will say again if I'm in the area.

Very clean room, nice location, good breakfast. Staff was excellent overall, except for our reservation. I had booked 3 weeks in advance for an accessible tub, but when we arrived we were told there were no rooms left with tubs. We were able to move to a new room the next day, but there was no apology or discount offered for the one night. We have never had this happen anywhere before. Otherwise the staff was excellent.

Not pet friendly $75 charge!

Pet Friendly- no. Only service dogs are welcome...small print it seems or they change the rules. $75 charge for non service dogs. Our smoke alarm had plastic wrapped around it and hanging from the ceiling. We won't stay there again.

No hot water in our room. I called the front desk report it. We did not want to switch rooms because it was late at night. The front desk attendant told us to leave it on for 10 or 15 minutes for it to warm up. That did not work. Otherwise, it was a very clean and spacious room. The area surrounding the hotel offered a variety of restaurants and shopping.
