Sharing feedback mainly for the fact that our room had a broken, non functioning fridge. First time in Austin, and we had Terry Black's. Came back and put it into the fridge because we had a lot of leftovers and wanted to save it for the next day, come to find out when we opened the fridge back up the next day, the fridge was not working and our food went bad. Such a shame because we spent so much money.

Terrible. Tiny room, no AC, and the shower leaked into the room. Which sucked because the shower was basically in the bedroom because my room was so small.

It would be much better if there was someone to help with luggage even in the middle of the night. We arrived after 15 hours of long haul flight and had to take 12 pieces of luggage upstairs. Not fun.

Parking is always an issue with Austin downtown. At the time of my say, several streets and ramps from I35 were closed, making getting to the hotel a bit more challenging. The hotel is great if you're attending a conference. Staff were very friendly and I like the option of self parking. Though it would be nicer if parking was not as much for overnight stays. The pool has a nice view of the city skyline.
