Overall, the property is beautiful. The elevators were HORRIBLE! I got stuck in one on first morning and throughout my stay different elevators wouldn't stop at some floors and the lights were not working for many floors so you couldn't tell if you were going to get wear you wanted to go.

I really love the location of being close to downtown. However, if you are coming with a family be prepared for the pool to be packed with nothing but adults for majority of the day.

My daughter and I were there for a soccer match and we had an amazing time at your hotel. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!! Especially the pool and our room attendant was amazing!! I so wish I could remember her name!?

The Hilton Austin Downtown was in a great location—super convenient for exploring the city and walking to nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and I expected a bit more in terms of cleanliness. It wasn’t terrible, just not quite up to the standard I was hoping for. Overall, an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and great location.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially after a couple of rough stays at hotels the previous nights before. I would stay again in a heart beat. Plus a pet friendly with a fair rate, especially with the Hilton literally a block away charging double that.

The pool was dirty green so I didn't get to enjoy. There wasn't any shower gel in the shower luckily I had brought some of my own. So the stay didn't meet my expectations. The bed was the best. It was very soft and comfy. The staff was nice but they definitely need to clean the pool.
