The bed was too hard for side sleepers like me. The mattress was too firm. The elevator button for the 2nd floor was not working properly, and I had to take a couple of rides to the 3rd floor because the button wasn't working well and was difficult to push. The hotel is dated. The TV was not a smart TV so no streaming. The wi fi was painfully slow and I had to use my mobile phone hotspot to stream the college football games on Saturday. The check in was fine. The room was clean, just dated and old.
