Shuttle was prompt picking me up. I didn’t realize exactly where the hotel shuttle destination place was & had to walk further than I should have. Room was clean & cool. Staff was friendly.

Excellent staff but rooms need a few adjustments

The staff was very friendly. The shuttle driver even loaded my suitcase into my car, even though I hadn't used the shuttle service. The reason I gave my stay less than 5 stars is that the AC fan was very loud, clicking off and on all night, and there wasn't a way to keep the fan in the "on" position. Then, sometime around 5:45 on Sunday morning, my TV automatically came on, lighting up the whole room, with checkout instructions. I let the front desk know and she said she would look into it and apologized. The staff was great and the location is perfect for air travel.

Hotel staff proved to be the best part of the trip. They were very friendly and accommodating and when we had a small problem the general manager Hunter stepped up and took care of us. I highly recommend this hotel.

This Hyatt property is clean, relatively quiet considering the airport terminal is 1/2 mile away, and of course convenient to the airport. Nice modern rooms also with all of the expected furnishings.

I think they need to replace my bed. It gave me a backache, so I changed sides and the other side was not sunken in, so I went to sleep. Great other than that

The room and staff were great, however, we arrived in a rental vehicle with the intention of dropping our luggage into the room, then drop the vehicle at the airport. However upon arrival there was no way other than to operate a pay to park kiosk with a gate. Evidently after risking some unknown surcharge for just dropping off our luggage, this was worked out at the desk. It would make it much more intuitive to indicate that non overnight parking for guest NEEDs to pass through the gate. In our confusion, we drove all around the hotels on the block looking for the front entrance temporary parking for guests, which was very unpleasant. Please label this better for such guests, the existing sign is lacking.
