When you enter the home you will be drawn to the boho-style decor and quality/comfortable furnishings. Take time to notice the love and care we have put into the smallest details. If you don't want to walk half a block to Galaxy Cafe make sure you enjoy our coffee station that includes high-quality coffee, flavored syrups, a frother, and more!

You will walk into our condo and immediately agree you have chosen the perfect BnB! Located just one block off the hustle of South Congress is the quiet & safe Dawson neighborhood. While inside the perfectly furnished space, you will forget you are just blocks away from some of the city's most iconic restaurants, tourist attractions & music venues. This is one of the best neighborhoods to find out why local people love Austin so much!

Open the sliding door to the back patio to step into your own little turfed and fenced space that has shade cover from a beautiful Oak tree!

Bedroom 1 (second floor): Our master bedroom won't disappoint with a king-sized bed, a full-length mirror, a large walk-in closet, and fun TX-themed wallpaper.

Bedroom 2 (second floor): A queen-sized bed, and a full-sized mirror with a bedside lamp.

The condo building has its own private parking lot and we offer two spots (no charge). There is also a washer & dryer for your convenience.

RULES:

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No parties or events.

We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds. Pet Fee is $85 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.

As a guest of Luxury 3mi to DT ~ South Congress ~ Walkable, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
