The lodge was not as pictured. Very run down. The room was clean but noone was on the property in the morning. Only thing for breakfast was huney buns and cold coffee. Cereal but no milk. Didn't stay the second night, checked out but received no refund. Have not been able to connect with a real person from hotels.com. Very disappointed in their customer service also. There were plenty of outlets in the room, which was good. The bed was just the right size, and very clean. The other furniture was a bit shabby, however. The view was very nice; didn't use the pool,, but I would have been glad to if we'd had time. The ice machine was useless. You need to replace it.

There was no breakfast even though it was supposed to be ready at 7am. Also, very little water pressure for the show with lukewarm water. Finally, the ice machine was broke. This is a 1 star motel, at best. Will not ever recommend to anyone. When I went to speak at the front desk there was no one there. People were leaving the key cards to their rooms on top of the front door handle to the lobby.
