Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the space. It was close to our work conference and so relaxing at the end of the day. The neighborhood was quiet and I would recommend or go back to the house, when needed. Communication was above expectations from the host. Very pleased with the stay and experience.

Gross & not family friendly

When we checked in, there was a cop car three houses down for something. A hour later when my husband arrived he saw someone being arrested in the neighborhood. The front door and back door need privacy curtains. The house was set on heat the first day, even though it was 80 degrees outside. There was no option for AC, had to troubleshoot with host for about 30 minutes. Bathrooms were blatantly not clean. I lost count at 10 hairs in one bathroom. I cleaned myself and was not even refunded the 50 cleaning fee. Both showers are clogged. I stood in water that was over my ankles while quickly showering. Overall a pretty terrible first experience with vrbo.

Excellent rental. It's a newer listing and could use some small tweaks but it was great otherwise. Check in was easy peasy, communication from the property manager was prompt, and amenities were exactly as described. There were even a few unexpected extras that were convenient. The house is wired strangely in some spots and could use some more labeling for switches. The converted garage/bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house (as expected) and needed an extra fan which was actually delivered the day we arrived. I would rent here again.

Bucketlist stay for 94 year old grandfather
