The room was nice - had everything we needed and the sitting area was nice. Lobby and breakfast area were clean and well-tended. We walked to a restaurant about a block away. The street on the side of the motel had a lot of trash stuck in the bushes.

A steel for the price!

I’m on the road 26 weeks a year. This place was a great value! I believe the owners both checked me in and checked me out. The man was super friendly at check-in and the woman was extremely friendly when I checked out. They had a hot breakfast with variety. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well. Overall, it was a great stay at a great price.

The parking lot was dark, no lighting. Couch in the room was dirty with heavy stains. The shower had mildew along the bottom edge. Also room was noisy from I35 traffic, in need of a buffer wall. Finally I requested for a receipt to be emailed and did not receive it.
