I WAS CHARGED $47 for a bath towel they think I stole!! I noticed that I was charged $47 on my credit card when I got back and I just called the hotel and they said it’s because I stole a bath towel. First of all, even if I did what bath towel at a hotel is worth that much. second of all I’m traveling for work. WHY would I ever steal a bath towel. Filed a claim with my credit card, hotels.com, & a the BBB. Complete SCAM. Don’t stay here.

We’ve stayed at this property 3 to 4 times. We’re always pleased with the value. The staff and particularly the location to downtown and other attractions. The fact that the room has a balcony is a major plus. We would stay here again.

Quick Road Trip to Austin

Brought my 14 year old son on a road trip to Austin to see the famous landmarks and places around town. The hotel was great. Quick and easy check-in. Room was nice and clean. We had a good night sleep.

Overall, our stayed was good, everything looks clean and safe. However, the only thing was that the fridge was dirty and smell really bad and there is not laundry which is very inconvenient. But other than that the hotel is nice.
