No hooks or adequate towel rods in the bathroom. Several of the kitchen cooking utensil/spoons/etc. were dirty and the heating/cooling system very unresponsive. Also the TV in the sitting room didn't work. Called the desk but the young lady explained that she was alone and would try to find someone to help, without success.

The clerk at the front desk told me he needed to charge my credit card for incidentals, BUT INSTEAD, he charged my credit card for the full amount of the room that I already paid for through Orbitz. Then he said only the manager could process a refund, but the manager was offsite and never came in to process the refund. I will not stay at a hotel again that doesn't empower its employees to process refund transactions.

All was perfect until breakfast, I understand price of eggs have increased but we arrived 30 min before end of breakfast and there was only waffles and bagels & no eggs were ever refilled, not the best service.
