Our stunning room was such a beautiful surprise! It was larger and more comfortable than we could have imagined. We felt like royalty! The staff was very welcoming. We loved the rooftop breakfast which was also an honours bar. You can also bring up your own drinks. Great Views from the patio and our room. Luggage drop off and complimentary parking was a little tricky but worked out. Excellent location. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

Had a fabulous stay. The rooms were very clean and beds very comfy. Staff were very helpful and sorted out a couple of small issues we had,very quickly. Breakfast was of good quality but there was a charge for extras if you wanted them, whereas at other hotels we stayed in, they offered them at no extra charge. The hot tub was a great addition, however it was squeezed onto the balcony making it difficult to get in and out of. A smaller 2 person model would be better in the space and would allow better access and give room to store the lid while in use. The location of the hotel was great, close to everything, loads of great places to eat/drink for all budgets. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to return some time in the future. Thank you.

A really beautiful, tastefully decorated, sophisticated boutique hotel in a great location, on the canal. Our room was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were soft, fresh and fragrant - everything felt fresh and clean. You can but canal ride tickets at the front desk and it is a lovely thing to do. Parking was included and a short walk over the bridge of ribbons. We loved our stay here
