Wilfried and Nathalie welcome you to La Germenière, a charming farmhouse nestled in the countryside halfway between Le Mans and Sablé-sur-Sarthe, where you can recharge in a bucolic setting. Located on the border of the Sarthe and Mayenne departments, the property offers a peaceful retreat.

The house comprises:

- On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and its own private shower room (walk-in shower), and a separate WC.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a dormitory-style bedroom with four single beds (90x200cm), a bathroom, and a separate WC. If you do not book a room with bed linen, please bring your own:
Fitted sheet for a double bed (160 x 200 cm) or a single bed (90 x 200 cm)
Duvet cover for a double bed (220 x 240 cm) or a single bed (140 x 220 cm)
Pillowcase (50 x 50 cm)
