Perfect family vacation home.

We felt right at home with Josey and Arnold. They greeted us upon arrival and had tons of informational materials about Avignon and other close by cities and gave us some great suggestions for our adventures. We appreciated the air conditioning on the really hot days. The beds were comfortable and it felt pretty spacious. The twin bed is in the "master" room but our kids both slept on the pull out on the middle floor most nights. Our two kids enjoyed ping pong on the evenings. We would definitely come back here. The only issue we had was providing a cash damage deposit on the spot. We hadn't been prepared to do that so had to get money out of an ATM. All in all a great stay and we can't wait to come back for another trip.

Very good

Philippe and Josy are a very friendly couple that want to give you all the help and advise they can to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and as pleasant as possible, they even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport! The property itself is very comfortable, clean and well kept. Our kids enjoyed playing in the garden, especially the table tennis and Provence itself does live up to its reputation of being warm, sunny and beautiful.

Friendly and comfortable.

Philippe and Josy- the owners of the property, are one of the friendliest couples I have met while traveling. They greeted us warm, we arriving a few hours later than planned. They were so worried of us if anything might have happened. My grandson made noise and troubles- although not serious troubles, but they treated him as if he is their grandson. She gave him a few child books. She advised us where to go and what to see. Everything is perfect with the house, except one thing- the house is a 3 story building. For an old traveler, especially those with knee problems, this house may not be a good fit. You'll have to walk up stair walks. My stay was more than satisfactory and would definitely come back for my next stay. Thanks and love to Philippe and Josy!

Très bon emplacement, calme et pratique

Très bel endroit et commode, avec des propriétaires charmants et disponibles. Seul bémol pour le wifi annoncé qui ne fonctionnait pas et un petit souci d'intimité avec la toilette tout en haut dans une salle de bain attenante à l'une des chambres, sans véritable séparation. Convient davantage pour un couple ou une petite famille. Attention le nettoyage doit être fait avant de partir, ce qui - sauf erreur de ma part - n'était pas annoncé. Mais globalement très bien.

Appartement agréable, le bus tout proche est un véritable atout, le jardin permet de passer la fin de la soirée au calme et au frais.Cependant, lorsqu'on est 4 dans le logement (présenté pour 4 personnes) il n'est pas précisé clairement dans le descriptif qu'il faut traverser l'une des chambres pour accéder à la salle de bains et aux toilettes...c'est un peu ennuyeux!

Le grand calme

Le logement était notre "camp de base" pour nous rendre chaque jour au festival d'Avignon. Le bus passe à 150 mètres du logement et permet de rejoindre l'arrêt Gare centre en 30 minutes. Notre voiture était stationnée en sécurité dans le parc du logement. Le logement est dans un quartier très calme et idéal pour se reposer la nuit. Il est situé dans un parc clos, pourvu d'arbres et de fleurs. Un salon de jardin est à disposition. Les propriétaires, très sympathiques, ont été à notre écoute et ont répondu à nos demandes. Juste un point délicat: la salle d'eau est au second étage. Il faut passer dans la chambre pour s'y rendre et les toilettes sont dans cette salle d'eau. Ce "détail" n'était pas visible sur le site Abritel. Nous avons tenté d'utiliser la WIFI dont la clé Wep nous a bien été transmise mais elle n'est pas active à l'intérieur du logement du fait de l'éloignement de la box. Toutefois la bonne couverture 4G, a permis toutes les connections dont nous avons eu besoin pour les résas des spectacles en ligne.

Spannende Stadt

Ruhige Lage, schöner Garten, optimale Anbindung Bus (20 Minuten ins Zentrum Avignon, Fahrpreis1,40 pro Person; hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Luberon mit seinen pittoresken Städtchen. Vermieter sehr aufmerksam, für jede Frage oder Auskunft zugänglich.

Klimaanlage im DG hat gut funktioniert und auch in den Etagen darunter etwas geholfen die Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit zu reduzieren. Das Badezimmer mit Toilette hat keine Tür. Es gibt nur einen Paravent als Sichtschutz, für eine Familie oder ein Paar aber geeignet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Gebäude und innerhalb der Gartenmauer.

Nous avons grandement apprécié le séjour dans cet agréable logement. Un jardin pour les petits déjeuner, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et pour se reposer. Le bus à quelques pas qui permet l'accès à Avignon sans souci (et des horaires de nuits)! Philippe et Josy se sont rendus disponibles pour toutes nos demandes, ils sont de plus très discrets. Je recommande ce gite, n'hésitez pas!

Günstig zu Avignon gelegen mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern

Für 4 Tage zu dritt hat alles gut gepasst. Schöner Sitzplatz im Garten, erfrischende Gartendusche (natürlich alle sanitären Anlagen und Bad in der Wohnung). Wohnung geht über 3 Stockwerke aber auch für rüstige Rentner geeignet. Besonders freundliche Gastgeber. Gute Busverbindung nach Avignon Zentrum.
