Welcome to our standard 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with loft or den, which features:

• Bedroom 1: one king bed
• Bedroom 2: one king bed
• Den: bunk bed / Loft: two beds
• Living Room: fireplace
• Kitchen: fully-equipped
• Walk-out balcony
• 2 Bathrooms: one of which features an over-sized spa tub

• Notice to Summer and Fall Guests:
St James Place is currently undergoing major construction now through late November. There will be no access to the front drive and main entrance of the building during this time. Access to the entire building is limited to the garage. Construction in the courtyard will be ongoing daily and may be disruptive at times. Some units overlook the courtyard area where construction is taking place. Units are not equipped with air conditioning, so it's usually necessary to have the windows open. This should be complete by 11/25/25. Our apologies for any inconveniences.

A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. The images shown are a representation of the unit you will receive.
